**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Setup**:

- Set up CNC machines, including lathes and mills, for production runs based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Install and adjust tools, fixtures, and workpieces to ensure accurate machining.
- **Operation**:

- Operate CNC machines to manufacture iron parts and components, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance and precision.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot defects or issues in the machining process, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities produced, quality checks, and any issues encountered during machining.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with engineers, programmers, and other team members to optimize machining processes and improve production efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) and machining processes specific to iron.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator or in a similar role, specifically with iron machining (1-3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with various CNC machines (e.g., CNC lathes, CNC mills) and their operations.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in machining and adherence to specifications.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process.
- **Safety Awareness**:

- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- **Education**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; additional technical training or certification in CNC machining is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials as needed.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Work Environment:

- The CNC Machine Operator will work in a manufacturing environment, which may involve exposure to noise, machinery, and metalworking fluids. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
