- **Operating Machinery**: Operate various machines, including CNC machines,
- beam saw'edge bender'cnc router,and panel saw 'woodworking machinery, edge banding machines, and others, to produce furniture components or finished products according to specifications.
- **Setting Up Machines**: Prepare machines for production runs, ensuring they are properly calibrated and stocked with materials.
- **Monitoring Operations**: Observe machine operations for proper functioning, quality control, and efficiency, making adjustments as needed.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Routine Maintenance**: Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and address machine malfunctions, coordinating with maintenance personnel for repairs when necessary.
- **Production Records**: Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine performance.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols and procedures when operating machinery.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in tracking and managing materials used in production.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other team members to ensure smooth production workflow and efficient operations.
