CNC Machine Operator

**Responsibilities**

Ø Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.

Ø Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.

Ø Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function

Ø Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines

Ø Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications

Ø Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts

Ø Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result

Ø Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly

Ø Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

**Requirements and skills**

Ø Fresher or experience as CNC operator

Ø Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

Ø Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings

Ø Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM

Ø Mechanical aptitude and good math skills

Ø A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach

Ø Good communication abilities

Ø High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus

Ø Successfully completed apprenticeship is required

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CNC Programming: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

- Night Shift (preferred)
