CNC Plasmacutting Machine Operator

Ø You are helping & learn for operating CNC Plasma cutting machine and its functional system.

Ø You are helper & learn responsible in setting parameters for cutting process
- current, cutting speed, and selection of nozzies, torch position diagonal.

Ø You are responsible for component parameter in the system considering cutting tolerance (melting drop out) to maintain drawing dimension.

Ø You are helping for issuing cutting plan to meet the production requirement and target.

Ø You are helping to solve simple break downs for running these machine and daily machine maintenance activity.

Ø You are responsible in controlling process to maintain requirement of parts.

Ø Your learning period will be of 3 months, what you will learn daily, you will daily update and make a work report’s

Ø You will be required to work in day/night shifts.

Ø Along with work, you will also learn work by your senior engineers.

Ø In absence you’re senior, you will responsible for PTW machine related work.

Ø Follow detailed work instructions given by supervisor.

Ø Consumption of Tabaco or Alcohol or any such substance is strictly prohibited and if found using that on duty than service will be terminated immediately without any pay.

Ø Your targets given to you need to be strictly followed. In case targets or work allotted to you as not done as per company guidelines, Company is allowed to take necessary action.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
