- Min. 3+ yrs. as a CNC & VMC Operator

Location
- **Bagru, Rajasthan**

**JD**
- Operate CNC/VMC machines for machining of cast components.
- Load raw or semi-finished cast parts into machines.
- Run machining cycles as per the program.
- Set up tools, jigs, and fixtures for machining operations.
- Load CNC programs and perform dry runs.
- Make tool offsets and zero settings.
- Inspect machined parts using measuring tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM (if applicable).
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per drawing.
- **Experience in machining cast iron, SG iron, or steel castings.**:

- **Knowledge of interpreting engineering drawings.**:

- **Basic computer and CNC controller interface knowledge (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.).**:

- Understand basic G-code/M-code.
- Make minor edits or adjustments to CNC programs when required.
- Perform daily machine checks and basic preventive maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the machine and surrounding area.
- Suggest improvements to reduce cycle time and increase productivity.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain logbooks for production and inspection records.
- Report deviations, tool wear, or machine problems to supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols, including wearing PPE (gloves, goggles, safety shoes).
- Adhere to foundry safety guidelines related to metal dust, heat, and machinery.
