**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (lathe, milling, grinding, etc.) to produce components as per specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machine settings and requirements.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and tool adjustments.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine or tool issues and report to supervisors as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance and improve productivity.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of CNC programming (basic knowledge of G-code/FANUC/Siemens is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in CNC programming and setup

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
