- **Station Management**: Overseeing their specific area, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available for daily operations.
- **Quality Control**: Maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control for all dishes from their station.
- **Supervision**: Guiding and supervising junior chefs or kitchen helpers (commis chefs) within their section.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Ensuring high hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained in the kitchen area.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
