**Job Title: Demi Chef de Partie - South Indian Cuisine**
**Location**: Flim Nagar, Hyderabad
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Food Preparation**:
- Maintain high standards of food presentation and flavor.
- **Station Management**:
- Manage a specific kitchen station focused on South Indian dishes, ensuring efficient and timely service during peak hours.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on South Indian cooking techniques and practices.
- **Quality Control**:
- Monitor the quality and consistency of dishes, making adjustments as necessary to meet restaurant standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop and update the South Indian menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing food waste.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
**Qualifications**:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 3 year in a Chef de Partie role focused on South Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
