**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Lead Generation**: Proactively identify new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners, through research and outreach.
- **Client Engagement**: Handle inbound inquiries, provide detailed information about our properties, and guide clients through the booking process.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct property tours, sales presentations, and meetings with potential clients, showcasing our offerings and benefits.
- **Follow-up and Conversion**: Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed bookings. Ensure timely and effective follow-up to drive sales results.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system, tracking interactions and sales progress.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and reservations teams to ensure that sales efforts align with overall company goals and promotional campaigns.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to tailor sales approaches and strategies.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **Strong Communication**: Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to engage clients in professional, courteous, and persuasive conversations.
- **Sales Expertise**: Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- **Follow-Up Proficiency**: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups and a high conversion rate.
- **Hospitality Knowledge**: Familiarity with the hospitality industry, including hotel and resort operations, is a plus.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must. Additional languages are a plus.

**How to Apply**
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
