**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Store to Store visits to cover all stores in allotted area/location
- Provide all required data/information on all such visits as per requirement
- Advise Partner's about Online/Offline Strategies, Planning, Execution for Partner and Company growth
- Train partners on partner app and other company policies
- Ensure the partner store is live, products/items are available at all times, so that customers' experience is not compromised.
- Handle all enquiries from existing and new leads, make sure enquiries are converted to clients and queries to solution.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with Partner/Owners and building business for Rezoy and Partner store.
- Achieve month on month targets through effective planning.
- Responsible for strategizing, launching, and scaling up business operations in new
markets and verticals
- Responsible for managing the sales individually, developing a business plan covering
sale, revenue, Order count etc.,
- Responsible for End to End growth of assigned area/location in terms of number of orders per day/month.
- Assist Marketing team in all their activities, promotion etc.,
- Evaluate and report on individual accounts and markets progress toward weekly,
monthly and annual targets.
- Initiate annual contracts renewal process for expiring accounts, hence ensuring zero attrition of partner stores
- Collection and follow up of necessary documents from Partner owners for
onboarding**.**
- Sending Daily / weekly reports on time to the reporting manager.
- Being the face of Rezoy in the market and standing up for the values we believe.
- Receive and negotiate discount from Partner store’s month on month and maintain maximum discount to Customers (end user’s) from your defined area/ Partner’s
- Support and build new vertical’s and take all necessary actions to evince success for all new models and verticals launched.
- Conduct market Research/Survey and report market updates time to time to your Manager
- Due diligence on all competitor activities like new offers, Schemes, strategies. should possess all such data at your fingertips.
- Responsible for Order flow in your designated area, maintain consistent order growth month on month
- Support and indulge with marketing team in all promotional activities and team up to build the number of orders
- Work towards achieving Partner exclusive to Rezoy app by establishing strong relations with partner through effective partner management strategies
- Hire, train, motivate your team, make sure your team achieves all set targets and ensure growth.

**Educational Qualification**
Any Graduation
