**Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the team to create and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Identify target audiences and devise sales campaigns that effectively engage and motivate potential clients.

Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in sales, identifying new opportunities for business growth.

Client Engagement:
Promote our services through various channels, building relationships with potential clients.

Respond to client inquiries and provide information in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness.

Business Development:
Plan, execute, and manage sales campaigns, utilizing various channels for outreach.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.

Conduct market research to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
1 to 3 years of work experience as a Sales Executive.

Proficiency in sales tools and platforms, including CRM systems and other relevant resources.

Strong understanding of effective sales techniques, client engagement, and relationship building.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for sales campaigns.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
