We are looking for a high-performing sales executive to join our sales team and help us to maximize our sales. The sales executive's responsibilities include scheduling Appointments with target customers, personally meeting them, closing the sales, and meeting sales targets.

As a sales executive, you will be approaching potential customers intending to win new business, strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, and gain repeat business wherever possible.

**_Responsibilities & Duties_**
- Hit sales successfully with strategic plans ensuring tremendous growth of the company's customer base
- Conducting direct meetings with target customers and generating leads
- Responsible for handling direct sales
- Meeting weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies

**_Requirements_**
- Any Graduate having a minimum 1-year experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kaloor, Kochi - 682018, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
