**Job Summary **:As a Digital marketing instructor for Inova Institute, your primary role would be to develop and teach Digital marketing courses to students enrolled in the program. You would be responsible for creating and delivering course content that is engaging, relevant, and up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies & marketing plans for Inova Institute as well as for our clients, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing students to achieve individual and team goals
- Enable creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and videos, including writing and designing social media posts
- Monitor social media channels and engage with customers to build brand awareness and increase customer engagement
- Responsible for the management of the digital wing of institute & its growth

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience training digital marketing professionals or students
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing with specialization in digital marketing or any relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth
- Knowledge about Digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Adwords, and social media management tools.
- Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of education industry a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
