**Job Title**: Business Operations Executive

**Work Experience**: 0-4 years

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Academic Qualification**: Any Graduation
- Planning & coordinating daily business operations along with their executions.
- Daily coordination with the on ground team for building strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders and be impactful even in difficult situations.
- Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- 0-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel.
- Must be a graduate or above.
- Efficient coordination in respect of the day-to-day activities of a business operation.
- Timeline orientated, with decision making and problem-solving abilities.
- Person must be self-motivated and self-driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of digital best practices.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a highly dynamic and evolving environment.
