**Job Description: Operations Executive - Student Document Verification (Abroad)**

**Position: Operations Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with educational institutions, examination boards, and government agencies to authenticate the validity of documents presented by applicants.
- Communicate with students to provide clear instructions regarding the documents required for verification and assist them through the process.
- Ensure compliance with international educational regulations and standards while verifying documents.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of verified documents, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the verification process.
- Stay informed about changing regulations, authentication procedures, and document verification best practices to ensure up-to-date knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and educational institutions, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation outlining the verification process and outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and contribute to process improvements.
- Assist in any other operational tasks related to student admissions and overseas education services as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role, preferably in the education or international services sector.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling a high volume of documents.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
