**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation:_
- Develop compelling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to promote brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Create engaging blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos on educational topics that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the design and video production teams to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Social Media Strategy & Management:_
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our online presence and increase community engagement.
- Schedule, manage, and monitor content across social media channels.
- Analyze social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Respond to inquiries and engage with our online community in a timely and friendly manner.
- Brand Voice & Messaging:_
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
- Adapt content for different audience segments, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Analytics & Reporting_:

- Track, analyze, and report on social media and content performance metrics.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve overall engagement.
- Collaboration & Innovation:_
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align content with product updates, launches, and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and the edtech industry.
- Propose new content ideas and creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

**Qualification**:

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience (1-3 years) can apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
