**Job Title: Customer Support & Sales Representative**

**Location**: Kaushmabi

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and policies.
Assist customers with orders, refunds, exchanges, and troubleshooting issues.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to drive sales.
Follow up with potential leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Stay updated on company products, promotions, and industry trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve complaints professionally.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or call center environments.
Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies.
