**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate our services, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience with PartyWitty. This role is key to building loyalty and trust with our corporate clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with event bookings, PartyWitty Pay, personalized rewards, and general account queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Guide customers through the chat + voting system and explain features as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and gather feedback to improve service.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, marketing, operations) to address and escalate complex issues.
- Stay updated on PartyWitty’s latest events, offers, and program updates to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to building a positive, proactive customer care culture.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer support or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and basic digital tools.
- Ability to handle high volumes of queries calmly and efficiently.
- Flexible to work on weekends and evenings as needed (especially during peak events).
