**Position**: Program Officer (Training and Implementation)

**Location of Job**: Vadodara, Gujarat and will include outstation travelling

**Responsibilities**:
A. To be involved as Trainer during all community, industrial and non-industrial training programs:

- To train participants on various topics of First Aid, Safety, Basic Life Support®, Occupational Health, Trauma, Home Health Care etc.
- To supervise trainees during hands-on sessions of other trainers
- To provide induction training and refresher training to field staff including drivers and paramedics
- To work for furtherance of training programs by contacting clients and enabling the conducting of various trainings

B. To take care of the training documentation, material management and other logístical processes involved in setting up, conducting and completing the training programs
- To complete the documentation processes of the trainings conducted and maintain systematic records as required
- To take care of all the training equipment and materials in charge of the Training Department and supervise the maintenance of the same
- To be responsible for the implementation of all training programs

C. To conduct interviews for selection of paramedics

D. To be involved in any other projects, programs or initiatives that we will be conducted from time to time

**Expectations**:

- Be a fast learner; learning, unlearning and relearning is key to be a good trainer
- Have strong communication skills and command over English and Hindi/Gujarati
- Not have any stage fright
- Be able to interact with varied target groups
- Be a very good team player
- Be willing to take up newer responsibilities and roles in different activities of organisation as and when required
- Be open to and willing to travel across the country
- Prior experience of having used different digital platforms like Cisco WebEx, Zoom, MSTeams, etc. would be preferred
- The ability to design creative for mass media will also be appreciated

**Health Criteria**:

- Persons with health issues like cardiac, lower back (spine) and knee joint problems may not apply.
- Persons with any other health issues that would restrict them from traveling, material handling, standing up for hours or work on computers and laptops throughout the day, may not apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi and Gujarati (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
