Training Operations Specialist

At Numerator, we shape the brands of tomorrow by better understanding people everywhere. Our team is looking for a talented and passionate Team Trainer to join our Vadodara office.

Role Overview:

  • As part of our team, you will help us achieve and maintain high levels of accuracy in specific knowledge areas.
  • You will act as the primary liaison between the Hub and local markets, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Key responsibilities include training, verifying the accuracy of team members' results, and establishing actions to reinforce knowledge and achieve the accuracy goal.
  • You will be the liaison with market experience teams to define and convey changes or new requirements in the execution of tasks.
  • The position reports to the NI Regional Operations Centre Director and is responsible for working in a team spirit.

What You'll Bring to Your Role

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Masters degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • English & French professional proficiency - minimum B2 Level is required.
  • 3+ years working experience in market research or FMCG domain with the following qualities: facility to work by influence, empathetic person with the ability to influence and motivate.

With an interest in cross-cultural collaboration, being proactive, optimistic, and willing to get involved to achieve your goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage performance quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) of the tasks executed by the team members.
  • Analyze the results and give feedback to each team member.
  • Manage escalations promptly with thorough root cause analysis and preventive measures.
  • Define and carry out the training actions, including coaching to achieve the accuracy target.
  • Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage transitions and migrations from local markets to the India Hub.
