**Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation**

Follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns or website traffic.

**2. Customer Outreach**

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

**3. Sales Conversion**

Present product/service features and benefits clearly.

Close sales over the phone or through online communication platforms.

**4. Relationship Management**

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.

Provide excellent pre
- and post-sale support.

**5. Product Knowledge**

Stay updated with product or service offerings, pricing, and promotions.

Communicate technical or industry-specific information when required.

**6. CRM Management**

Update and manage customer data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Track sales progress and maintain follow-up schedules.

**7. Meeting Sales Targets**

Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas.

Provide regular reports on sales performance.

**8. Market Feedback**

Gather insights from prospects about market needs and customer pain points.

Share feedback with the marketing and product teams.
