We're looking for a passionate and dynamic **Education Counsellor** to join our team and help guide students toward a successful career path.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide in-depth counseling to prospective students regarding career options and available courses.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable training programs.
- Maintain records of student interactions and progress.
- Achieve monthly conversion and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team to ensure student satisfaction.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
