**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively source new leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, referrals, digital inquiries, and property exhibitions.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized database of contacts and opportunities.
- Negotiate deals and close sales in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and lead generation.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, legal requirements, and pricing structures.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update the CRM regularly.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Real Estate).
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a similar high-value product/service industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, documentation, and RERA (preferred).
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
