**About the team**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Knowledge of Splunk Monitoring, Dynatrace, ServiceNow tools.
- Should have ideas to perform automations for day to day activities.
- Installing/Updating certificates for clients and understanding of Root & Intermediate certificates.
- Have SRE Mindset and work on automation to reduce TOIL.

**What you bring**:

- 2 to 3 Years of experience in Java Production support
- Good Knowledge Operating Systems: Linux /Windows and experience of storage, Network related stuff.
- Knowledge of Unix commands and scripting like Unix Shell Scripting, Ansible, etc...
- Should have good knowledge for MSSQL Database, DDL, DML Queries
- Good Knowledge in web server/app server architecture, JAVA, Apache Tomcat, ActiveMQ
- Good knowledge in SRE concepts and implementation practices.
- Should be willing to work in 24*7 support.
