**About the Team**:
This is a part of our FOS Team.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Providing comprehensive product support to FIS clients by resolving inquiries.
- Documenting customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

**What You Will Bring**:

- 2-5 years of experience in Production Application Support.
- Experience in Windows Server Support, including maintenance activities like server space management and coordinating patching activities.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Unix servers.
- Experience working with ticketing tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Batch script, VB Script, and PowerShell.
- Basic knowledge of any programming language.
- Willingness to provide On-Call support when required.
- Availability to work in Night shifts for the long term.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience working in 24*7 shifts.
