**About the team**:
This is a part of our FOS Team.

**What you will be doing**:

- Providing detailed support for FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries
- Troubleshooting problems with equipment or software and recommending corrective action
- Documenting customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and development

**What you will bring**:

- 2-5 years of experience in Production Application Support
- Experience in Windows Server Support, including maintenance activities
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Unix servers
- Experience with ticketing tools
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Batch script, VB Script, and PowerShell
- Basic knowledge of any programming language
- Willingness to provide On-Call support
- Availability to work in night shifts
- Good communication skills
