
Business Growth Strategist

As a Business Growth Strategist, You will drive the company's growth and expansion by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies for market penetration. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging markets. Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business prospects.
**Client Acquisition & Relationship Building**:
Generate new business leads and arrange meetings with potential clients. Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers to close deals and secure partnerships.
**Sales Presentations**:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of company products or services.
**Market Strategy Development**:
Assist in developing market entry, expansion, and penetration strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with other marketing teams to achieve targets.
**Achieve Sales Targets**:
Meet and exceed defined sales and revenue targets within set timelines. Contribute to overall company growth by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
**Reporting & Feedback**:
Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and forecasts to senior management. Offer feedback on market conditions and competition.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Any Degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (2+ years preferred)
Familiarity with the industry/sector in which the company operates
Experience working with B2B market & Software Product/ Service companies is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,545.90 - ₹32,853.01 per month
