We are seeking a Business Growth Strategist to drive our expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine market potential for each retailer in the designated territory
  • Identify key distributors for relevant categories within the region
  • Engage with end-users, conduct product demonstrations, and facilitate sales growth
  • Frequent reporting to the Business Development Manager on daily progress and market insights
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a front-line sales representative in the specific location
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, Marathi, and English (for Pune locations)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil and English (for Chennai and Coimbatore locations)
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • High energy level to engage with new retailers, end-users, and deliver product trials
  • Confident, driven, and results-oriented attitude to achieve set KPIs and targets
