  • CPG Business Growth Strategist

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a CPG Business Growth Strategist to drive business growth in select CPG accounts by leveraging industry knowledge, technology expertise, and consultative sales skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading strategic engagements within new and existing CPG accounts while consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual goals.
  • This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on his/her feet and engage with both the business and analytical community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12-15 years of experience in the data analytics industry through direct client interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive account growth in scaled accounts, develop strong cross-geography client relationships, and execute pre-sales activities following account management principles.
  • Strong CPG DA domain knowledge and deep understanding of functional areas including Data Engineering, Cloud tech Supply Chain, Customer Analytics, Digital, Marketing Analytics, Reporting systems, Revenue Growth Management etc.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills to engage client audiences ranging from technical implementers up through Business and Technology C levels.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere and effectively manage account growth goals.
