**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Recruit new affiliates and manage relationships with existing affiliates.
- Create and distribute marketing materials for affiliates.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with affiliate networks and platforms (e.g., Commission Junction, ShareASale).
- Knowledge of HTML and basic web design principles.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
