Job Description: Affiliate Marketing Executive

**Location**: Nagpur
**Salary**: ₹20,000 per month

We are a dynamic organization focused on driving growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. We are looking for an enthusiastic Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing and expanding our affiliate marketing network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to grow the network.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance.
- Monitor affiliate campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for affiliates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance affiliate marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance and campaign outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
