**What will you do**:

- The Affiliate Manager will manage and grow relationships with affiliates, manage affiliate programs, monitor campaigns performance, and handle communications.
- The Affiliate Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the sales team, to develop and execute direct and agency campaigns successfully.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in affiliate management, media sales, or account management, with a successful track record.
- Affiliate Management and Account Management experience.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising, online marketing, and affiliate programs.
- Familiarity with anti-fraud tools (e.g., P360, Mfilter-it, 24metrics) and CR optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication, sales, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
