**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to acquire new leads and customers.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network.
- Manage relationships with existing affiliates and provide support to optimize their performance.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
- Create and optimize marketing materials, landing pages, and promotional campaigns for affiliates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align affiliate activities with overall business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to affiliate marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Ensure compliance with affiliate marketing policies, guidelines, and regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
