**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s affiliate marketing strategy.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates to join our program.
- Manage relationships with current affiliates to maximize their performance and ensure growth in affiliate revenue.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing feedback and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content and promotional strategies for affiliates.
- Track and report on affiliate marketing results, including traffic, sales, and commissions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and make data-driven decisions to improve the affiliate program.
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with the company’s policies and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
