**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with telecom sales objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of affiliate programs across multiple platforms.
- Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, digital, and customer support) to align affiliate efforts with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company branding, messaging, and regulatory guidelines in all affiliate content.
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and affiliate platforms.
- Develop promotional strategies to increase engagement and conversions through affiliate networks.
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, growth, and insights for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, affiliate tools, and competitor activities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in telecom or BPO.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, affiliate networks, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Impact, ShareASale) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-focused.
