**Trainer**: Our trainer is MBA, CFA (US), and has15+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Valuations, Financial Modelling, M&A consulting Funding, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), Due Diligence, Business Planning & Investor Pitch deck preparation.
Roles and Responsibility:
1. Attendance/ Supervision of security, office boy.
2. Office look & feel - Monitor of hygiene’s and cleanness of office premises.
3. Hospitality of client’s/vendor/ guest necessary arrangement.
4. AMC for Fire, Smoke Detector & Sprinkler, CCTV & Door Access, Air Conditioner, Biometric, Carpet Shampooing, Water Purifier, UPS.
5. Repairs & maintenance of office, any breakdown.
6. Monitor of electricity consumption, electricity breakdown/ fluctuate situation.
7. Asset management - Capex & Opex.
8. Monitor of existing materials of housekeeping/stationery/printer cartiage/ CCD accordingly order materials as per requirement.
9. Maintaining stock register, existing joining kit stock, allocation & requirement.
10. Handle front desk, maintaining register of inward & outward materials, meetings, break entry, joining kit, access card, walk-in interview, medicine as well as attend calls.
11. Maintained & procurement of medicine/ first-aid stock for prevention of employee’s health issue.
12. Arrangement of cabins when employees required timing in slots wise (max 2hours).
13. Arrangement of bike & car parking in coordination with society team.
14. PG accommodation if company incur the cost, if company does not incur cost then we help with the PG contact details of landlord / vendor / broker.
15. Coordination for employee engagement activity with On-boarding team.
16. Vendor Management for repair & maintenance, events, festivals, AMC.
17. Monitor daily employee count Physically v/s allocated.
18. Grooming and co-ordinate with every department for purpose of schedule meeting/arrange cabin/events/set-up required area/follow-up related maintenance works etc.
19. Dispatch courier of employees/ clients and inspection of handover & takeover materials from one location to other locations with proper challan/documentation.
20. Support for medical emergency If any unexpected incident happened with employee like health issues or injuries, then arrangement of Ambulance/vehicle, nearest (Medi-claim/Non-Claim) hospital or clinic for on-time treatment.
