**Job Title**: Channel Sales Manager - Real Estate**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Partner Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners such as brokers, real estate agents, property consultants, and other intermediaries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their concerns and providing necessary support to drive sales.
- Regularly meet with partners to understand their needs and improve collaboration.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with partners to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and materials that can help partners sell more effectively.
- **Training and Support**:
- Provide training and resources to channel partners about the company's real estate products, services, and selling techniques.
- Ensure that partners are equipped with up-to-date information on new property launches, pricing, and features.
- Offer continuous support in terms of sales tools, lead management, and CRM systems.
- **Sales Performance Monitoring**:
- Track sales performance of each channel partner and ensure targets are met.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Identify underperforming partners and offer support to improve their sales outcomes.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**:
- Collaborate with partners to negotiate deals, pricing, and terms with potential clients.
- Help partners close sales by providing assistance in negotiations and overcoming obstacles.
- **Market Expansion**:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network and reach more customers.
- Evaluate new opportunities for business growth within the real estate market.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines in the real estate industry.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, contracts, and transactions.
- **Customer Feedback and Insights**:
- Gather feedback from clients and channel partners about the company's real estate offerings.
- Share customer insights with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to improve offerings.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Previous experience in managing partnerships, sales teams, or brokers is a plus.
- **Knowledge**:
- In-depth understanding of real estate market trends, property types, and regulations.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and other sales technologies.
- **Communication Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to present information effectively to both partners and clients.
- **Problem-Solving**:
- Ability to identify and address challenges faced by channel partners and clients.
- **Analytical Skills**:
- Ability to analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Certification in real estate sales or related domains.
- Familiarity with real estate platforms and digital marketing tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
