**Job Summary**:
The Floor Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service workshop. This position is responsible for managing the shop floor, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high service standards, and leading a team of technicians to achieve operational goals. You will be the point of contact for handling technical issues, optimizing workshop processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and service staff on the shop floor. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
- **Workflow Optimization**: Manage the flow of work through the workshop to maximize efficiency. Ensure that jobs are completed on time and that the workshop is organized and maintained.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor the quality of service and repair work performed by technicians. Conduct regular inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
- **Customer Interaction**: Address any customer complaints or issues that arise on the shop floor. Provide technical explanations and solutions to customers when necessary.
- **Technical Oversight**: Assist technicians with complex repairs and diagnostics. Ensure that all equipment and tools are used correctly and maintained in good working order.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage the availability of tools, parts, and other resources required for service operations. Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely procurement of necessary items.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure that all workshop activities comply with health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and evaluate the performance of technicians and other workshop staff. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on workshop performance, including metrics on service completion times, customer satisfaction, and any issues or challenges encountered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
