**Job Summary**:
The Floor Supervisor ensures the smooth operation of daily activities on the floor, providing exceptional service to customers/guests while managing the team effectively. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Supervision**:

- Monitor and guide floor staff to ensure efficient and quality service delivery.
- Assign daily tasks and manage team schedules.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- **Customer/Guest Service**:

- Ensure all customers/guests are attended to promptly and courteously.
- Address and resolve complaints or escalations professionally.
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment.
- **Floor Operations**:

- Monitor and maintain floor cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold standards.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
- Prevent stock shrinkage and report discrepancies.
- **Reporting & Communication**:

- Generate daily operational reports and submit them to management.
- Communicate updates, feedback, and changes effectively to the team.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Support management with special projects or tasks as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: [High School Diploma/Graduate]
- **Experience**: Minimum [1-3] years in a supervisory role, preferably in [industry-specific context, e.g., retail/hospitality].
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in [specific tools/software, if applicable].

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
