Floor Supervisior

**Position Overview**:
The Floor Supervisor oversees daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to company standards, and excellent service delivery. They manage a team of staff, monitor performance, and address any operational challenges to achieve organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**:

- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct briefings to communicate targets, updates, and expectations.
- **Operational Management**:

- Ensure smooth floor operations, including inventory management, equipment readiness, and staff availability.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Enforce safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards across the floor.
- **Customer Service**:

- Act as the point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensure team members deliver exceptional customer service.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track daily productivity and operational metrics.
- Provide regular performance updates to management and recommend improvements.
- Implement corrective actions for any deviations in performance or compliance.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train new team members on operational procedures and customer service standards.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions for staff improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to replenish supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of inventory to reduce loss or damage.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality, retail, or operations management are a plus.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within retail, hospitality, or related industries.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using operational and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
