**Floor SupervisorJob Description**

Floor Supervisor involves taking responsibility for the successful running of a high-end dairy and Indian sweet store. Working on the shop floor, Floor Supervisor are in constant contact with their customers as well as staff. They are responsible for ensuring their staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store. Floor Supervisor must implement company policies and procedures, providing customer assistance, and motivate the counter attendant on how to up sell. All in all, store floor supervisor needs to be responsible for filling your day-to-day role such as.

1. Positively motivating and leading a team within a retail setting.

2. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

3. Maintaining full inventory—inward and outward stock, develop a comprehensive inventory tracking system to streamline all products and carry out First in and First out (FIFO), Tracking opening and closing stock between every shift.

4. Placing orders with DC Production (Marine Lines), for daily products required at shop.

5. Experience enforcing and maintaining hygiene and cleanness and upkeep of the full store.

6. Firm understanding of sales, promotions, trends, retail markets, and carry out these offers and promotions in store.

7. Excellent customer service skills for up selling.

8. Experience creating and maintaining employee scheduling.

9. Ensuring all food safety standards are met.

10. Should be willing to travel and work from any location in case needed to.

**WORKING HOURS AND TIMINGS**
8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

4.30 p.m. to 1.30 a.m.

9 hours rotational shift, 6 days working including Sunday, and week off can be taken any day between Monday to Thursday and will be working on all festivals like - Diwali, Ganpati, Dussehra, Holi, Parsi new year, etc.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
