**Data Manager cum MIS Specialist**

Join our team as a results-oriented Data Manager cum MIS Specialist and play a key role in optimizing our technology infrastructure and ensuring its alignment with business goals

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement effective MIS solutions using **advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and advanced Excel functions** to meet departmental needs and support strategic objectives.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and database management.
- **Very proficient in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and advanced Excel functions (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros).**:

- Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement within IT systems.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Oversee data security measures and ensure system integrity is protected.
- Develop and implement strategies for data backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness.
- Generate comprehensive MIS reports and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in a related MIS or IT support role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
