**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data & MIS Reporting**: Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales/operations data using **Advanced Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
- **Performance Tracking**: Develop and manage trackers, dashboards, and reports for review and decision-making.
- **Coordination & Communication**: Liaise between the AVP, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- **Presentations**: Design and prepare professional **PowerPoint presentations** for sales reviews, strategy meetings, and management updates.
- **Calendar & Meeting Management**: Manage AVP’s calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action points.
- **Follow-ups**: Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by coordinating with concerned teams.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide day-to-day assistance including documentation, maintaining confidential records, and supporting operational requirements.
- **Travel & Logistics**: Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the AVP and associated team members.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (M.Com / MBA preferred).
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in MIS, data reporting, or coordination roles, preferably in education, training, or service industries.
- Strong proficiency in **Advanced Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards).
- Proficiency in **PowerPoint** for creating management-level presentations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Professional approach with discretion in handling confidential information.
