**Job Title**: US Travel Sales Agent (English / Spanish)

**Position**: Travel Sales Agent
**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹60,000 per month
**Location**: Okhla Phase-III, South Delhi, New Delhi - 110020

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Handle **inbound sales calls** for travel services.
- Provide **tailored travel solutions** to customers based on their preferences.

**Lead Management**:

- Utilize **PPC-generated leads** effectively to convert prospects into sales.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong **client relationships** to encourage repeat business.
- Deliver **high-quality customer service** to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Market Expertise**:

- Stay updated with **travel trends, destinations, and competitive pricing strategies**.
- Ensure compliance with **company policies and US market guidelines**.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the **operations and marketing teams** to optimize sales performance.
- Share **feedback and insights** to improve **PPC campaigns and sales strategies**.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate or undergraduate (both can apply).
- **Experience**: Minimum **2+ years** of experience in **PPC sales for the US market**.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in **English and Spanish** (verbal and written).

**Skills & Abilities**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in PPC Calls**.
- Proven experience in **Inbound Sales Process**.
- Hands-on experience with **GDS (Amadeus preferred)**.
- Strong background in **Inbound Voice Call handling**.
- **US Travel Process experience is mandatory**.
- Strong **communication and persuasion** skills.
- Proven **track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets**.
- Ability to **work under pressure** in a fast-paced environment.
