Have to Recruit expert level Resources for IT related Requirement, Fulfill the opening on Given time.

Should have Good Negotiation Skills with Hig h profile resources

Have to do Entry Level to Final level of recruitment Process(Posting Jobs in Recruitment Platforms till schedule them regular based )

Timings:
Full Time : 9hrs(Flexible based on requirement)

Work location: Remote

9 hrs shift 6 days working in a week 1 day holiday Saturday/Sunday rotational

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Sourcing: Identify and source top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Communication Till End Process of Support Fixed: Coordinate and Schedule Meetings with Client till they are Satisfied to continue the Support.
- Other Works Assigned By Lead and Superiors

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹11,000.00 per month
