**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess tender opportunities from various sources.
- Prepare and submit high-quality tender documents and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with client requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all tender activities, including tracking and reporting on submission deadlines and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits as required.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare cost estimates and budgets for tenders.
- Review and analyze tender results to improve future submissions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tender Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and bid management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to tendering.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with e-tendering platforms and online submission processes.
- Certification in procurement or bid management.
