**Job Summary**:
The Tender Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the entire tendering process, including identifying tenders, preparing documentation, submitting proposals, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. This role ensures that the company’s bidding process is timely, accurate, and competitive, supporting business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Identification & Analysis**:

- Monitor and identify relevant tenders from portals, newspapers, and other sources.
- Study tender documents and analyze requirements, eligibility, and deadlines.
- **Documentation & Proposal Preparation**:

- Prepare, compile, and submit all tender documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, technical) to gather required information.
- Draft technical and commercial proposals as per client specifications.
- **Compliance & Coordination**:

- Ensure that all submissions meet the compliance standards and client guidelines.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, clarifications, and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients for any clarifications, amendments, or additional requirements.
- **Follow-up & Reporting**:

- Track the status of submitted tenders and follow up with authorities.
- Prepare periodic reports on tenders, success ratios, and pipeline.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Assist in improving tender preparation processes and maintaining updated documentation templates.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. (MBA preferred)
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or documentation.
- **Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of e-tendering portals and procurement processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
