Key Responsibilities:

- **Tender Management**:

- Prepare and submit tenders in compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- **Documentation**:

- Ensure all tender documents are complete and accurate.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and follow up on their status.
- **Market Research**:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for tender submissions.
- Stay updated on industry developments and regulations.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate reports on tender submissions and outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on tender performance.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in tender management or operations within the automobile industry is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software.
