Job Title: Tender Specialist

**Job Description**:
As a Tender Specialist based in Jaipur, you will be instrumental in the procurement and business development efforts of our organization. Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end tender process, ensuring the successful preparation, submission, and negotiation of bids. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tender Preparation:

- Analyze tender documents to grasp client requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for tender responses.
- Prepare comprehensive and competitive tender submissions within specified deadlines.
- Bid Management:

- Coordinate and oversee the entire bid process, including task assignment and timeline management.
- Conduct thorough reviews of tender documents to identify risks and opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to devise winning strategies and value propositions.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all tender submissions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on tender responses to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Implement best practices for tender documentation and enhance submission quality.
- Negotiation and Contract Award:

- Engage in negotiations with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with legal teams to finalize contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and report on tender submission statuses, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.
- Provide insights to support business development strategies.
- Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.
- Foster positive collaboration with internal teams to enhance bid effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in tender management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to tender processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
