**Job Overview**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role is critical in assisting our sales representatives by managing administrative tasks, facilitating customer interactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing exceptional service.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with sales and customer relationship management.
- Freshers are also welcomed.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail is a must.
